New description:

Since some time, I have a strange problem with the usb mouse on my laptop:
every 10 seconds or so, the mouse starts moving very slowly, for 10
seconds, more or less, then starts moving normally, for 10 seconds, then
 starts moving slowly again.

I tried disabling SMP, LAPIC, removing the wireless driver (intel pro
3495), the network driver (rtl81xx), since the interrupts are shared
amongst USB and the network cards, but nothing changed.
 r35740.

The syslog doesn't show anything at all.
I'll attach a listdev (and ints) output as soon as I can boot haiku on the
 laptop again.
