#5569: Net_server completely hangs the system -----------------------------+---------------------------------------------- Reporter: jackburton | Owner: nobody Type: bug | Status: new Priority: normal | Milestone: R1 Component: Drivers/Network | Version: R1/Development Keywords: gcc4 hybrid | Blockedby: Platform: x86 | Blocking: -----------------------------+---------------------------------------------- Since some revisions, Haiku hangs at boot on my machine, unless I disable starting net_server at boot. Starting net_server after boot hangs the system reliably. I cannot enter KDL either. The laptop has a wired NIC and a wireless card. I'll put here more information as soon as I can test again. It's a most likely a driver problem, I guess. {{{ 02:00.0 Ethernet controller: Realtek Semiconductor Co., Ltd.
