There are now a lot of languages above `English`, so the Language list
also needs a `ScrollToSelection()`.[[BR]]
[attachment:readonlybootprompt.patch This patch] implements that and it
also moves the initial `ScrollToSelection()` to happen after the window is
shown, as the lists would otherwise scroll too far (see
[source:/haiku/trunk/src/preferences/keymap/KeymapWindow.cpp#L137 this
