Interesting, I see 2 things:
1. Quite a lot of errors from the H264 decoder in the stream.
2. The preferred output is RGB24_BIG but we reset to RGB32.
So some questions.
1. Are you able to upload the video or a sample?
2. Is your screen set to 24bit?
From your description I suspect that the RGB32 is being read as RGB24.
Are you able to test this by changing the screen to a true 32 bit?
