The flag of Andorra seems to work now (some parts of the picture are
missing, but it doesn't closes I-O-M.
The system-installer one has empty gradients. This is because we are
missing support for xlink:href which is used in this file to copy color
stops from a gradient to another (see https://developer.mozilla.org/en-
US/docs/Web/SVG/Attribute/xlink:href ). We don't handle this and end up
with empty color stops.
