 I did consider removing it, but I thought this might give more incentive
 to implement it ;) Thinking a little more seriously though, it would be
 nice to merge the Audio and Video settings items into a single view, with
 no real-time stuff, but holding both audio and video input/output
 settings.

 I'm not sure if it will ever be implemented, I'm not implementing it,
 that's for sure.

 I will try out the unified settings view, and if it looks good, commit it.
