Haiku r37669 + WebPositive r535
Clicking on the bottom border of a tab will be treated as a click on an
empty region -- opening a new tab. Instead, it should be treated the same
as the upper border -- either bringing that tab to focus on left-click,
closing on a middle-click.
To note, the red dot in Magnify indicates the tip of the mouse cursor. For
some reason, screenshot did not capture the mouse icon inside Magnify.
