This is r37473.
* Set "Click to activate" mode in Mouse prefs.
* Make sure "Accept first click" is de-activated.
* Arrange one window beneath another.
* Click anywhere besides tab/border into the lower window.[[BR]]
--> The window gets focus and rises to the top. OK.
* Set "Accept first click" in the Mouse prefs.
* Again arrange one window beneath another.
* Click anywhere besides tab/border into the lower window.[[BR]]
--> The window gets focus but does '''not''' rise to the top. Not OK!
