#6690: Intel Extreme driver does not work ---------------------------------------------+------------------------------ Reporter: diger | Owner: pulkomandy Type: bug | Status: assigned Priority: normal | Milestone: R1 Component: Drivers/Graphics/intel_extreme | Version: R1/Development Resolution: | Keywords: intel_extreme Blocked By: | Has a Patch: 0 Platform: x86 | Blocking: ---------------------------------------------+------------------------------ Comment (by tonestone57): Your ticket is same as #6559 except he gets white screen instead of gray. Both of you have: a) i915 graphics b) EDID issue r38329 is the problem for you. You can try r38328 & then r38329 to be sure yourself and confirm it. Would guess that code does not work right on i915 (mobile?) graphics chipset.
