Using r39173.
I have both `Shrink to window` and `Stretch to window` selected.
When you open an image that needs to be horizontally shrinked/stretched
and then browse to another image that needs to be vertically
shrinked/stretched, you'll notice that `ShowImage` shows that image at
it's original size. Only images that needs to be shrinked/stretched
horizontally, will be shrinked/stretched.
The reverse happens when you first open an image that needs to be
vertically shrinked/stretched.
Probably related to changeset:39129.
