I'm using one of the latests nightly builds (with SAT enabled).
To reproduce:
1) Go to a workplace which which is on the second row.
2) Start the File-Browser (it should have focus)
3) try to Cntrl+Alt+"arrow up" to switch to an workplace in the first row
-> doesn't work.
If the File Browser has no focus, it works correclty.
For the "directions" (left,right, down) it works even if the file-browser
has focus, just for "up" it doesn't work.
