Yes the test case is gone, but the css overflow property seems to work
fine in the old and new Web+ (except some scroll bar controls rendering
issue, that's another ticket).

That's possibly a more general redraw issue, not specific to html "scroll
views" i.e divs with css overflow property. Please reopen if you see that
again.
