It looks like this is fixed by removing application name localization in
r39876. I disagree this policy. You will see localized Haiku distributions
with the localized application names in the future, if you want to
continue by this way. For example, many Windows operating system users do
not know English at all (like my 85 year old father who never learned
English) and they do not have any idea, what this or that application is
if the name is not localized.
