This patch is for the partition type ID. (which doesn't have anything to
to with the File systems themselves.).
ReiserFS/Ext3/Ext4/etc use the Linux Native type.
NTFS uses the NTFS type
Think of the type ID as a sticky label on a plastic container (partition),
the label doensn't *have* to match the contents.. it just should to keep
things organized :)
