I tried to build a tests/libs/linprog/ program but it failed.
I did some refactoring to get it work and now it works, but I'm not sure,
if I have done it correctly. I actually do not understand, how the test
program should work. :)
I changed also headers/libs/linprog/LinearSpec.h file a bit, but maybe I
should have changed src/libs/linprog/LinearSpec.cpp file instead of it.
