This is r40513.
Put an ActivityMonitor replicant onto the Desktop and show a graph.[[BR]]
Now keep the left mousebutton pressed on the Desktop. See the graph's
redrawing stop until the context menu appears after a short time. Click-
and-drag to create a selection-frame to halt redrawing indefinitely.
Doesn't feel right.
