CharacterMap uses a localized configuration file name:
Instead of /home/config/settings/CharacterMap settings there is:[[BR]]
/home/config/settings/Réglages de la TableDesCaractères (French
localization)[[BR]]
/home/config/settings/CharacterMap Einstellungen (German
localization)[[BR]]
etc
Patch removes localization string.
