On r40122 CMAKE is broken.
It seems that r40957 introduced the current version of optional package of
CMAKE.
Simply running "cmake --version" returns the following error.

/boot/home> cmake --version
CMake Error: Could not find CMAKE_ROOT !!!
CMake has most likely not been installed correctly.
Modules directory not found in
/boot/common/bin
