Ok, so I have had a few weeks to use this patch, and fundementally is does
correct many of the issues observed with priority inversion. However it
seems to have a fiarly nasty impact on network performance and the network
interface seems to have a fiarly nasty impact on system performance. Also
IO tasks seems to harm system response more heavily with this patch. I did
allot of testing and observation. those may be unrelated to this patch in
totallity, and may point to other bottle neck of inefficencys elsewhere in
the core of the OS, but they do require mention imho.
