Some notes on the above layout files. The Fn key does not appear because
it is unmappable. The "Thinkpad International" layout file is meant to
replace the "IBM Laptop International" layout file, it is nearly identical
to it. The layout files are named after the model that introduced them.
The ThinkPad T400s features the double high esc and delete keys. The X100e
has a narrow row of function keys ending with insert, delete, home, and
end and also replaces the back and forward keys with page up and page
down. The X1 is the newest keyboard layout change for the ThinkPad series,
it also features a narrow row of function keys but has wider esc and
delete keys and for some reason eschews the menu key for print screen.
