Would like to see what happens on recent revisions, I think this is
probably fixed when we stopped forcing shutdown on CPU 0. Somehow that
hanged in inter processor communication on a lot more hw than the legacy
hw that requires shutdown on CPU 0.
So if there is no feedback in a while I think we will close this.
