#8052: Haiku works very poorly as a guest under the Linux Kernel Virtual Machine QEMU KVM -------------------------+------------------------------------------------- Reporter: Don | Owner: axeld Quixote | Status: new Type: bug | Milestone: R1 Priority: normal | Version: R1/Development Component: | Keywords: kvm, kernel virtual machine, qemu, System/Kernel | linux, ubuntu, virtualization, subversion, Resolution: | signal, SIGKILL, bfs, filesystem Blocked By: | Blocking: Has a Patch: 0 | Platform: x86 -------------------------+------------------------------------------------- Comment (by Don Quixote): anevilyak, I have only built while running under Haiku, so I have never done "configure --build-cross-tools", only "configure" then "jam -q @alpha-raw". Is there a configure option, or is there an entry I could put into my UserBuildConfig so that the build tools aren't built at all when running under Haiku? Does the alpha-raw target include all the necessary build tools or do I really need to do that first build of the tools myself? -- Ticket URL: <http://dev.haiku-os.org/ticket/8052#comment:6> Haiku <http://dev.haiku-os.org> Haiku - the operating system.
