#8330: Regression: Acer Travelmate 800 only boots in safe mode, start of
net_server freezes system

Comment (by taos):

 Using hrev43745 (gcc2hybrid).

 Played around a little with the new nightly. With ipw2100 and broadcom440x
 deactivated system still crashes during post_install script. So net_server
 probably isn't the culprit. After booting Deskbar (yesterday I think it
 was Tracker) crashed with the warning:

 The application[[BR]]
 /boot/system/Deskbar[[BR]]
 has encountered an error which prevents it from continuing. Haiku will
 terminate the application and clean up.

 At that time, mouse pointer is already non-responsive.

 I've added the syslog of two boot attempts (see syslog_hrev43745.txt for
 complete syslog). At first sight, only the following lines seem strange
 for me:

 {{{

 Could some change in hrev43742 cause this? I noticed the problems with
 that revision first.
