I found and fixed real ussue that pervents touchscreen working. tablet
input_server add-on incorrectly generates device name causing name
collision and only first tablet are registered. I don't know why, but USB
HID tablet driver found 3 tablet devices (/dev/input/tablet/usb0, usb1,
usb2) but first one don't produce any input.
