The vram start (vram appear per drm above) is actually provided by the
card if it is flagged as IGP. fbAddress is set by gInfo->fb.vramStart
which is set by radeon_gpu_mc_init.
The logic for that likely needs reviewed as most of the logs at hand have
the fb_base at 0xD0000000 - 0xE0000000
