#8575: No Boot: reset after "Loading system" ----------------------------------+---------------------------- Reporter: phonon | Owner: axeld Type: bug | Status: new Priority: normal | Milestone: R1 Component: System/Boot Loader | Version: R1/Development Resolution: | Keywords: Blocked By: | Blocking: 7665 Has a Patch: 0 | Platform: x86 ----------------------------------+---------------------------- Comment (by phonon): Following some discussion at //www.freelists.org/post/haiku/how-can-I -get-HAIKU-running-on-my-PC , the problem was partly solved: I checked again my BIOS settings, and in Integrated peripherals -> On-Chip ATA Devices ->RAID Mode I changed from RAID to IDE (as far as I know it's fakeraid, used it for mirroring). Then, HAIKU bootet flawlessly! Is there a chance to get it running even with RAID? Thanks for the help so far. -- Ticket URL: <http://dev.haiku-os.org/ticket/8575#comment:15> Haiku <http://dev.haiku-os.org> Haiku - the operating system.
