Allegro, when in fullscreen, uses a BWindowScreen, which I tested a bit
but not so much, and it could cause the problems you describe. That's
strange you see them with SDL, too, since it doesn't really make use of
BDirectWindow. Yes, it creates a BDirectWindow, but treats it as a normal
window.
