There's probably something wrong with your compile line. For the
libroot_build code "headers/build/posix" must not be in the include search
path. At least that's the only reason I can think of ATM why the correct
<sys/cdefs.h> wouldn't have been included (since "/usr/include/stddef.h"
does include it before <sys/_types.h>).
