New description:

 I'm not sure if this incorrect XML in the HIG source, or a bug in our
 DocBook implementation, but there are lists after the first paragraph
 under the heading 'Mouse Vocabulary, AKA "What's This Button Do?"' which
 are not shown on the web-site. For example under 'Skills you can expect
 the user to have:' in the XML is a list of 4 items which are not on the
 web-site. The same for the two other items. See the source:

 The itemizedlists are under para tags, so maybe that is screwing up the
