No, you don't need to checkout again. You'll never have to run checkout in
that repository again, unless you checked out a different branch yourself.
Tomorrow I'll do a build myself and double check that it's working on
AHCI, if it is I'll upload it so you can try that, just to make sure it's
not an issue with your build.
