If we want to "localize" the system, than we need to make it in 3-4 steps
(an example for Hungarian locale):
1. select the preferred language to Hungarian
2. select the formating
3. set the keyboard layout to Hungarian
4. set the timezone to Hungary
It would be useful if after select the language, than the other
"connecting" options will set too. So; it would be only one step. There
may be only one problem: how to parse all these settings to a language.
