Comment:
I think, that better option is just select current folder if nothing is
selected. Extra button is unnecessary.
This behavior is useful in any application, so select folder dialog
behavior could be modified. The most annoying effect of current behavior
is impossibility of selecting folder by dragging it to a dialog from
Tracker. There are no such problem with files.
