#9149: kernel panic at install -------------------------------------+------------------------------------- Reporter: forwax | Owner: axeld Type: bug | Status: new Priority: normal | Milestone: R1 Component: Network & | Version: R1/alpha4 Internet/Wireless | Keywords: install panic irq Resolution: | routing Blocked By: | Blocking: Has a Patch: 0 | Platform: x86 -------------------------------------+------------------------------------- Comment (by mmlr): For reference this comes from [[http://cgit.haiku- os.org/haiku/tree/src/system/kernel/arch/x86/irq_routing_table.cpp#n529|this source]] and means that an inferred interrupt routing by going through the parent interrupt pins didn't match the value that was programmed into the device. This could mean that the routing logic is broken. It could also mean that the parent device interrupt line is configured to a different source (the IO-APIC for example) and that this causes the mismatch. Please continue booting (by typing "continue" or, as mentioned above, "es") and then attach a syslog. -- Ticket URL: <http://dev.haiku-os.org/ticket/9149#comment:2> Haiku <http://dev.haiku-os.org> Haiku - the operating system.
