I found many times when I click on a control in a window on the
background, than it is activated, but not bring it to the front. I meat
this when I use for example the WebPositive and ActivityMonitor. I have
attached a screenshot about this case. In the image you can see the
WebPositive window is active, but not in the front. When I click on the
window's tab or the border, than it will bring to front. But if I click on
a menu only, or right click on the webpage when the window is in the back,
than the window will stay in it's z-position.
