The attached patch adds an x86-64 compatible _ExecuteCommand()
implementation for issuing a command to the VMware backdoor.
Rather than significantly modify the code already being used for
vmware_mouse to adopt 64-bit wide types, I just tweaked the assembly to
remove now-illegal instructions while maintaining compatibility with the
existing structure layout.
