The narrowing conversion and "cannot bind packed field" issues should be
fixed in hrev45558. The option "-nostart" has been replaced by its synonym
"-shared" in hrev45551.
Here too, Haiku boots up to a system with no text anywhere at all when
built with GCC 4.7 :/
