 So, it was working, then you used an Ubuntu Live CD to resize partitions,
 and now it doesn't? That shouldn't affect Haiku's ability to locate the
 disk attached to the AHCI controller.

 The syslog seems to indicate that the only drive found was your CD/DVD
 drive which has an iso9660 filesystem (you must be booting Haiku from CD
 with ISO image burned on it).

 Not sure why the driver is having trouble locating the disk, especially if
 it worked before. I assume you have tried booting several times now?
 Perhaps you could try using a USB stick with the Anyboot image to see if
 that changes anything?
