This is post-GCI ticket made to preserve half-ready work done by
Przemysław Buczkowski during GCI 2012, improve it and provide future
programmers with a good sample of using Haiku data translators for
exporting text documents in different formats.
IMO this work should also include implementation of basic export
functionality (if it is not existed ATM) in the RTF translator.
