Hrmm... I didn't consider those points.
1. The button "Desktop (Live-CD)" is renamed to "Boot to Desktop"
1. The Installer icon will only be copied to the Desktop on read-only
medium.
1. "ReadOnlyBootPrompt" is renamed to "FirstBootPrompt"

IIRC it's better to update the text in the source code, as opposed to
having the localized text mean something else.
