I'm not sure there is an interface kit bug here. The window is
intentionally constrained so that its size doesn't change when you switch
languages. At the default font size, it is sized so that everything fits
neatly. At other font sizes, not so much, but currently you shouldn't see
this window at non-default sizes.
This should still be fixed, because eventually we'll have better default
font sizes for high-DPI displays.
