When a tooltip appears the default hand cursor is displayed even if
another cursor is set. It should instead keep the currently set cursor.
The easiest way to see this is to set a tooltip on a BTextControl since a
BTextControl uses an I-beam cursor. When the tooltip is displayed the
cursor erroneously changes back to the default hand cursor.
