#9614: Haiku will no longer boot on ThinkPad X41 -----------------------------+---------------------------- Reporter: Kev | Owner: yongcong Type: bug | Status: assigned Priority: normal | Milestone: R1 Component: Drivers/Power | Version: R1/Development Resolution: | Keywords: cpuidle Blocked By: | Blocking: Has a Patch: 0 | Platform: x86 -----------------------------+---------------------------- Comment (by umccullough): What will likely help with this one is a syslog from a successful boot (so Yongcong can review the CPU features and what-not that is spit out). To accomplish this, you can probably just temporarily delete/rename the cpuidle driver that is causing trouble at {{{/boot/system/add- ons/kernel/drivers/power/x86_cpuidle}}} and try booting again. Then attach the resulting syslog here. -- Ticket URL: <http://dev.haiku-os.org/ticket/9614#comment:3> Haiku <http://dev.haiku-os.org> Haiku - the operating system.
