As in the backtrace of the "w>Twitcher" Message-Handling functions are
written and I realized a increased slow shutdown count while networking
things are running, I searched in the commit log for changes in the
Messages. There are changes:[[BR]]

Perhaps the first change with the reinit cause the Twitcher to run at 100%
at shutdown?
