 I think not offering the option in that case is OK. The kernel args as
 they are stored aren't really useful for anything, since IIRC, besides
 that they are truncated, they are just a concatenation of the argument
 vector without any escaping of whitespace. So, even if they fit the 64
 bytes it is not generally possible to reconstruct the argument vector.
