I am running Haiku with the following command on Ubuntu 13.04, QEMU 1.4.0:

qemu -m 128 -cdrom haiku-r1alpha4.iso -serial stdio
}}}
The system boots ok up to Welcome screen, but after choosing Desktop
(Live-CD) it starts to behave strange. Either a single window appears and
nothing executes, except dialogs - see attachment:idling.ppm or there is
some crash - see attachment:notifail.ppm
