 still be processed on it. So it's not like disabling all but one CPU

 FWIW MSI interrupts seem to only target the first CPU (see [http://cgit
 .haiku-os.org/haiku/tree/src/system/kernel/arch/x86/msi.cpp#n55 here] the
 destination).
