This is hrev45850.
Tracker fails to identify some of the files in a folder after they were
dragged.
Interestingly, Tracker identifies all of them just file after selecting
them all (Alt+a) and copying them (Alt+c).
To reproduce:

done}}}
Reset icons if needed:
