The guy running the Rock 1066 event is chasing his produced ad because he has
asked to play it on his website. Since we only play the ad for 1 day (maximum
2) we probably need to push this through a bit quick.

if he is going to advertise this year .

Guilty as charged I suspect.... sorry Jon, and all, yes, I did reset them
all to NEW last year.... and yes, I did forget we had the chat, and also
yes, I cant remember what we agreed, perhaps a new discussion Jon... one
evening? In front of the ad system? Just to remind ourselves of the issue
about Completed Ads, and what to do with them the following year.....
Anyway, someone (it wasn’t me this time 😊) appears to have placed the Marina
fountain into the Ad Retrieval state... that’s why its asking me to upload
the latest ad. Probably an accidental press of the "Existing" button on the
ad page, that will achieve that result..... I can reset it back to square
one though if they aren’t going to advertise....
I was just about to send all the ads we have for the Marina to You Sarah, but
I guess this conversation has removed the requirement for that.. 😊

I have just added one new advert to the advertising system andI'll come right out and say it... It's all TonyB's fault!
re-submitted an existing one, but the updated one doesn't indicate that
it has been updated ..... still says September 2017.
The intent when I designed it, was that all ads get left in the "Completed"
state from the last broadcast and only get put back into a "New" state the
following year (ie. now) when they are being renewed - that's the point where
the date gets reset... and why they all say September 2017 because that's
when Tony reset them all. This is also kind of why I'm still not convinced
about having a "dormant" state because effectively it's the same as
"completed".
To be fair, myself and Tony have discussed this because he did this
before(!) - can't quite remember the conclusion because having just checked
the script, it seems it should be possible for anyone to take a "completed"
advert back to "new" to start work on it. So yes, not sure why (well Tony)
keeps doing it....
