search reveals several listings pages for Hastings and I do not know

Yes, this system should still all work, as I recall it was fairly
simple and all Dom has to do is fill out a form - provided the date is
correct, the website should pick it up correctly.
Those links are on the server in the studio which seems to be
malfunctioning at the moment so I can't check right now.

I would not be at all surprised if it still works but we would need
to check with Jon and run a test to make sure. We can change the page
to include a sponsor if we have one. Also the email address, which I
assume would be the one Dominic has set up?

As I remember, Dominic has access to a form which contains the
required fields for him to fill in as and when he receives the info.
This is much better than allowing anyone to enter the data as all
sorts of stuff could be posted. In other words, he is the controller
of it.
The data is automatically added to the web page which will obviously
be made available by a link on the website should we decide to go
ahead with this method. All who visit the website can view it.
Dominic can be update it as he sees fit, in fact whenever he wishes.
The only issue as I remember is that if he makes a mistake, an entry
cannot be removed once posted. This did cause a few problems, maybe
this could be sorted? I would add a disclaimer to the page about no
responsibility for accuracy, checking with the venue beforehand, etc.
Dominic phoned me last week asking about this and I was quite
surprised as he was not at all keen a few weeks ago when I was trying
to convince him how easy it would be for everyone, especially those
at the studio. There would be no need to hunt for that missing piece
of paper or an email buried in the list.

Dominic has mentioned this to me. He seems to be coming round to
the auto system we used to have in place (he was dead against it a
few weeks ago) but seems to have changed his mind. I have vague
recollections that the info would automatically appear on the website
for presenters to read out.
The page (last uploaded May 2016) still exists on our server at:

It links to Jon's server and I think entries were controlled by a
form.

Knowing that the traffic is increasing on social media leading
up to the broadcast, promoters and bands are starting to bombard the
facebook page with adverts for their gigs etc. I am not letting them
through because I want to keep the page uncluttered with spam.
Do we have the email for the gig guide? I can put a general
message out asking them to email this address to make sure their gigs
are included.
