If it's going to be a donation I will probably have to make it via the
undertaker so I will need their bank details etc to transfer the money unless
you are going to funeral in which case you could donate the money personally
and I could transfer it to you instead.

Hi peeps
Sorry tonight's meeting dragged on, Thankyou for your patience.
I will post some bullet points from the meeting shortly I am pretty useless
at minutes, perhaps we should engage a secretary to take the minutes of a
meeting.
The main point for this follow on mail is a point I wanted to ask you all but
it went clean out of my mind tonight.
As we all now know of the passing of Trevor, a sad loss to family and friends
and to HR as well, I was wondering if we should do something. Maybe one of us
if allowed attend his funeral or send a wreath or flowers from HR
I will try to contact Jennifer about what plans are being made and what they
want or don't want etc.
Can we release funds ( can I suggest £50 max) for said floral tribute or
donation to a charity of his choice which ever way Jennifer wishes ??
